RedX Game Library platformunu ("Platform", "Hizmet", "Biz") kullanarak, aşağıda belirtilen Hizmet Şartları'nı ("Şartlar") okuduğunuzu, anladığınızı ve kabul ettiğinizi onaylamış olursunuz. Bu Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen Platform'u kullanmayın.
Bu Şartlar, RedX Game Library platformunun tüm kullanıcıları için geçerlidir ve Platform'un kullanımına ilişkin tüm hak ve yükümlülükleri düzenler.
RedX Game Library, kullanıcılara oyun içeriklerine erişim sağlayan bir platformdur. Platform, eğitim ve araştırma amaçlı olarak geliştirilmiştir.
Platform'un özelliklerini, içeriğini veya işlevselliğini herhangi bir zamanda, önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme, güncelleme veya durdurma hakkımız saklıdır.
Hesabınızı oluştururken doğru ve güncel bilgiler sağlamak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hesap bilgilerinizin gizliliğinden ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
Platform'u kullanırken aşağıdaki faaliyetler kesinlikle yasaktır:
Platform'da paylaştığınız tüm içeriklerden (mesajlar, yorumlar, dosyalar vb.) siz sorumlusunuz. İçeriklerinizin yasalara uygun olduğundan ve başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmediğinden emin olmalısınız.
Platform'un tüm içeriği (metin, grafik, logo, yazılım, tasarım vb.) RedX Development Team'e aittir ve telif hakkı, ticari marka ve diğer fikri mülkiyet yasalarıyla korunmaktadır.
Platform'u kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz. Ancak, içeriği kopyalama, dağıtma, değiştirme veya ticari amaçlarla kullanma hakkınız yoktur.
Platform'da görünen bazı içerikler üçüncü taraflara ait olabilir. Bu içeriklerin kullanımı ilgili sahiplerinin iznine tabidir.
Platform'da paylaştığınız içerikler için bize, bu içerikleri Platform'da göstermek, saklamak ve dağıtmak için dünya çapında, telif hakkı olmayan, devredilebilir bir lisans veriyorsunuz.
Platform'da paylaşılan içerikleri moderasyon hakkımız saklıdır. Uygunsuz, yasadışı veya Şartları ihlal eden içerikleri kaldırabiliriz.
Platform'u kesintisiz ve hatasız bir şekilde sağlamaya çalışırız, ancak aşağıdaki durumlar için sorumluluk kabul etmeyiz:
Platform "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sağlanmaktadır. Platform'un doğruluğu, güvenilirliği, uygunluğu veya kullanılabilirliği hakkında hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz.
Platform'un kullanımından kaynaklanan doğrudan, dolaylı, özel, arızi veya sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu, veri kaybı, kar kaybı, iş kesintisi veya diğer maddi/manevi zararları içerir.
Platform'da görünen üçüncü taraf içeriklerinden, bağlantılardan veya hizmetlerden sorumlu değiliz. Bu içeriklerin doğruluğu, güvenilirliği veya yasallığından sorumlu değiliz.
Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz. Hesap iptali, Platform'a erişiminizin sona ermesi anlamına gelir.
Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz:
Bu Şartları ihlal etmenizden, Platform'u kötüye kullanmanızdan veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmenizden kaynaklanan tüm talepler, zararlar, kayıplar, sorumluluklar ve masraflar (avukat ücretleri dahil) için bizi tazmin etmeyi kabul edersiniz.
Kişisel bilgilerinizin toplanması, kullanılması ve korunması hakkında bilgi için Gizlilik Politikamızı inceleyiniz.
Bu Şartları herhangi bir zamanda, önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirme hakkımız saklıdır. Önemli değişiklikler yapıldığında, Platform üzerinden veya e-posta yoluyla sizi bilgilendireceğiz.
Değişikliklerden sonra Platform'u kullanmaya devam etmeniz, değiştirilmiş Şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Aşağıdaki durumlarda bu Şartlar feshedilebilir:
Fesih durumunda, Platform'a erişiminiz sona erer ve hesabınızla ilişkili veriler silinebilir.
Bu Şartlar, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Bu Şartlardan kaynaklanan herhangi bir anlaşmazlık, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemelerinde çözülecektir.
Bu Şartların herhangi bir hükmü geçersiz veya uygulanamaz olarak tespit edilirse, bu hüküm geçersiz sayılır ancak Şartların geri kalanı geçerliliğini korur.
Bu Şartlar, Platform'un kullanımına ilişkin sizinle aramızdaki tam anlaşmayı oluşturur ve önceki tüm anlaşmaların yerini alır.

By using the RedX Game Library platform ("Platform", "Service", "We"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth below. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of the RedX Game Library platform and govern all rights and obligations related to the use of the Platform.
RedX Game Library is a platform that provides users with access to game content. The Platform is developed for educational and research purposes.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the features, content, or functionality of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using the Platform:
You are responsible for all content you share on the Platform (messages, comments, files, etc.). You must ensure that your content complies with laws and does not violate the rights of others.
All content of the Platform (text, graphics, logos, software, design, etc.) belongs to RedX Development Team and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. However, you do not have the right to copy, distribute, modify, or use the content for commercial purposes.
Some content appearing on the Platform may belong to third parties. The use of such content is subject to the permission of the relevant owners.
By sharing content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to display, store, and distribute such content on the Platform.
We reserve the right to moderate content shared on the Platform. We may remove content that is inappropriate, illegal, or violates these Terms.
We strive to provide the Platform continuously and without errors, but we do not accept responsibility for the following situations:
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the Platform.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform. This includes data loss, profit loss, business interruption, or other material/immaterial damages.
We are not responsible for third-party content, links, or services appearing on the Platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of such content.
You may cancel your account at any time. Account cancellation means your access to the Platform ends.
We may suspend or terminate your account in the following circumstances:
You agree to indemnify us for all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of the rights of others.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. When significant changes are made, we will notify you through the Platform or via email.
Your continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the modified Terms.
These Terms may be terminated in the following circumstances:
Upon termination, your access to the Platform ends and data associated with your account may be deleted.
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Turkey.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed invalid, but the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
